• Delivery is available Monday to Friday only, from 8AM - 4PM.

• We deliver anywhere in Wellington & Lower Hutt, and most areas of Porirua and Upper Hutt. Delivery prices are set by our couriers.

• We aim to have your order delivered at the start of your selected time slot, but delays can occasionally occur. Please consider this when selecting your time.

Payment Options:

• Card: Instant confirmation and payment online. You're all locked in and will receive an email receipt with all the info. Only available on orders less than $500.

• Invoice: We will send you an invoice via email within 2 business days.

• Enquiry Only: To give us an idea of what you're thinking, so we can discuss. Let us know your questions in the comments!

Other Payment Info:

• There is a minimum order amount of $50.

• We understand things can change! Any changes must be emailed at least 48 hours before your pickup/delivery time. We'll adjust payments as needed. Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.

• We review all orders within 48 hours of placement. While uncommon, we’ll let you know ASAP and offer replacements or a refund if we can't. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we are unable to fulfil it.
